What I'm Gifting This Year

Ok, I cannot take credit for this cool idea.  I have to give credit where credit is due, to our amazing customers!

Every year we have orders for multiples of our Lip Whips by customers who are going to a “favorite things” holiday gathering.  Generally, they purchase multiples of the same item and give them to all their favorite friends.  Why do I love this?  It’s quick, relatively painless one-stop shopping and it’s generally something you already use and love, you just want to share it with all your friends.  I used to do a variation of this with friends but it was required that the gift be homemade.  Since I don’t have all the free time I used to, I thought I’d share my top faves (and they’re all under $25!)

Evolution 18: Beauty Bubbles Hydration

I admit I love a good crisp glass of bubbles!  Given I talk about hydration all the time, this seems like the perfect time of year to give your skin a much-needed moisture boost from the inside out.  A good glass of champagne is nice and festive (but can also be a little dehydrating) It’s pretty easy to get dehydrated this time of year so here’s an easy way to treat yourself!

Plume Science: Nourish & Define Refillable Brow Pencil

I’ve got autoimmune thyroid disease and one of the not so fun issues I have is really sparse brows.  I am super excited about this new product from Plume, especially because you can purchase refills (and I go through lots of brow pencil!)

Graydon Skincare: All Over Soap

It's the perfect Multitasker and great for travel!

Bow Hill: Heirloom Blueberry Powder

I recently discovered this on a girls' day out and have been loving it.  It’s an antioxidant powerhouse that I can add to smoothies, steel-cut oats and more.  Plus, it’s from one of my all-time favorite “staycation” places in the PNW, Bow Washington

Grove Collaborative: Laundry Starter Kit

I think this is just brilliant (and it looks really good too and did I mention how highly functional it is??) Ok, it’s a dispenser for laundry detergent but it makes me pretty darn happy.  The best thing? It dispenses the right amount each time and no more wondering if you’ve hit the right “invisible” line on the lid to your laundry detergent.  More importantly, if you have a HE machine, too much soap is never a good thing…I’m talking to you Lisa (a known over-sudser).

Kari Gran: Wonder Whip

I cannot remember a holiday season that I have not given any lip balm away. It all started in my kitchen more than 20 years ago and I’m delighted there’s a very special Lip Whip in the lineup now that gives back in a big way. $10 from every purchase goes to REST (REAL ESCAPE FROM THE SEX TRADE)
