So you want to develop a holistic skin care ritual.  The first step in making a holistic skin care ritual a reality is deciding that it is important to you to take some time for yourself and to be kind to your skin — so important that you are determined to carve out consistent time in your day to make it happen.  Once you have established your commitment take a hard look at how you live your life and pick a time that will work for you.  My time is right after work, between 5:30 and 6:30 pm before dinner.  I like to get home, kick off my shoes, store my computer and head upstairs to my bathroom for a hot washcloth and cleansing routine.  It literally takes me two minutes but it makes me feel so refreshed and happy once I am done.  On occasion, time permitting, I sneak in a five or ten minute cat nap on my bed before heading down to the kitchen to whip up some dinner. This little five to ten minute ritual (including the nap) does wonders for my mood and my physical well being.  Who knew.  Kari Gran skin care taps into the idea of developing a holistic skin care ritual by creating products that are 100% natural, easy to use, and wonderful to smell.  Remember, every time you wash your face with essential oil you are being kind to your skin!
